At The Temple Bar Pub, we want you to be completely satisfied with your official merchandise. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for reference.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
